Your Lightbox is a new facility which enables you to pull together a group of photos. For example, you might want to use a Lightbox to create an album of your favourite photos, or to collect photos together of specific interest. Or if you're in aviation publishing, you can also use your Lightbox to store photos for potential commercial use. Feeling inspired? It's easy to create a Lightbox, and you can create as many as you want!
Your Lightbox is a facility which allows you to collect together any number of photos of your choosing. The facility is available for use by all website users, whether they be private individuals or representatives of a commercial entity, and there is no limit on the number of Lightboxes a user may create.
By creating and using a Lightbox, you agree to use the facility only for the purpose of collecting together photos of your choosing. For example, you might want to create an album of your favourite photos, or to collect photos together of specific interest.
Should the webmaster deem that a Lightbox is being used for any other purpose, malicious or otherwise, the Lightbox will be removed.
A Lightbox remains confidential, and can only be accessed by providing the correct login information that you set when you create a Lightbox. As such, your Lightbox is not available for browsing by any other website user, nor is the existence of your Lightbox advertised anywhere else within the website.
The webmaster maintains a database of information for each Lightbox, but this only contains information necessary for use of the Lightbox facility. Information held includes the Lightbox name and password (as a means of providing a login for each Lightbox), the date the Lightbox was created, and a list of photos included in the Lightbox. If you choose to delete your Lightbox, all records of it are automatically deleted and can not be recovered. An contact email address is also held for each Lightbox in order that the webmaster can contact the Lightbox user should the need arise.
The webmaster can not and does not, therefore, guarantee full security of your Lightbox. Nor can the webmaster be held liable for any unintended (mis)use of your Lightbox.
The Lightbox facility uses cookies. Your browser must accept cookies for you to be able to use the Lightbox facility. Cookies are small parcels of information that are usually created to improve or enhance the functionality of websites. Contrary to common misconceptions, cookies are not viruses, spyware or software. In fact, research suggests that the security vulnerability of cookies is "essentially nonexistent".
You will be automatically logged out of your Lightbox when you close the window you are browsing this website in. However, you can also log out directly by clicking the 'Log Out' link on the right hand side of your screen at any time.
